SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga – the practice of combing standup paddleboarding and yoga to create one super activity. This event aims to balance the mind and body, giving attendees the chance to try something new and connect with new people.

The event will start with an introduction to standup paddleboarding, starting on shore, then moving onto the mighty Lake Karapiro. Once attendees have mastered SUP they will be guided through a 20minute yoga lesson by Poppy Wartman a local yoga instructor before paddling back to shore for breakfast and a well earned Good George Espresso Martini at the Boatshed café.
